Cecil has had 18years worth of experience as a golf course superintendent, 12 of which have come at Lake Wissota.  He has Class A status with the G.C.S.A.A and the M.C.G.S.A.  Cecil received his mechanic certification at Indian Head Tech School before becoming a golf course superintendent.
